Traditional vanilla Czech walnut crescent (Rohlíček) made with Nut Hut walnuts in liquid form mixed with 55% chocolate. Cream infused with walnuts, tonka bean, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and a pinch of sea salt steamed together with chocolate. Topped with tonka whipped cream, crunchy grilias (a brittle made from caramelized sugar and walnuts) and a hint of lemon zest.

On the side, you’ll get our Czech walnut crescent in pastry form.  It is a tender, buttery pastry enriched with finely ground walnuts and finished with a veil of vanilla sugar.
