This combination has been the most requested one since we opened, and we’re excited to make it happen through the Hot Chocolate Festival. Hojicha Murasaki is a soothing hojicha white chocolate oat milk latte with real purple yam paste, served in a cup dipped in sweet UBE white chocolate, and topped with a cloud of velvety UBE whip.
Paired with a delicate hojicha black sesame tart (gf), this drink brings together two earthy flavours so harmoniously — the warm, nutty, and slightly smoky notes of roasted hojicha and the subtly sweet, nutty richness of vibrant purple ube.
